Find a convenient location and time to have a free session with a What’s Up Walk-In therapist.

Our therapy sessions are offered by 6 publicly funded children and youth mental health agencies that operate out of 8 sites in Toronto. No appointment, referral or health card is needed.

Each location has its own service hours and different organizations are able to serve different age ranges. Details below.
