Our service strives to honour diverse cultures, family structures, gender identities and lived experiences. Staff are committed to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices. We listen to feedback and continuously work to improve accessibility and inclusion across our services.
Language Support
We recognize that language can be a barrier to accessing mental health services and strive to provide support in the language that best meets each client’s needs whenever possible.
Interpretation services may be available for sessions; please check with the location you will be visiting. If you require interpretation or language support, we encourage you to let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
